Thank you for your interest in trading at Strawberry Fair 2012.

Please read our Traders handbook and look around the site to find out about how exciting Strawberry Fair can be for traders.

This year’s fair will be held on Saturday 2nd June 2012. Traders may arrive on site from 8am Friday 1st June (arrival on Thursday may be available by arrangement – please contact us by email if you wish to do so). Trading on the day will be between10am and 11pm. ALL traders must vacate the site by 6pm on the Sunday.

If you would like to trade then please read the Traders handbook and then either fill in our Online Form or download and fill out our Application form. Please return this form to traders@strawberry-fair.org.uk. Please ensure that you have read the terms and conditions in the handbook before filling out the form.

You will receive an email within a week to inform you whether your application has been approved and what further action is required.

Strawberry Fair Stalls Team 2012



Traders must follow the application process. It is in your interest to apply as early as possible as there are a set number of spaces for different types of stall. Once places are filled in a particular category we will stop accepting applications for that category.
